Looking to delete your Solid Starts account? Fill in your email address in the form below and we'll send you an email to confirm as account deletion is irreversible.
Once you have confirmed, we will delete all of the data from your profile on both our website and app. Please note that once your account is deleted, you will be unable to access any purchases you have made on our website, such as guides, bundles, or videos. You will also be unable to retrieve logged information from your app account including any tracked foods, lists of recipes, or tracked reactions that baby experienced from trying a food. Furthermore, if you have an app subscription with an email address that we delete, you will be unable to purchase a new subscription in the future to use with that address. We will also remove your email address from our system so that you will not receive any emails in the future.
If you do not confirm, we will not proceed with deleting your account since this is irreversible and we want to ensure that you really want to lose access to all of your past purchases and data before
NOTE: The deletion of your account does NOT cancel your Solid Starts app subscription and you still need to cancel your subscription through Apple or Google to avoid future charges. To cancel your subscription, open your App Store or Google Play Store, click on your profile, then into “Subscriptions.” Once you open Solid Starts, you will see a button to “cancel subscription.” If you purchased your subscription directly from our website, navigate to your profile and click on "Subscription", from there you will see a button to cancel.
