Delete Account
Looking to delete your Solid Starts account? This will permanently remove all tracked data and progress within the app, and you will lose access to any purchased website content (bundles, guides, videos) associated with this account. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
PLEASE NOTE:
Deleting your account will not cancel any active app subscriptions.
To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription directly through your app store (Apple or Google Play) before deleting your account. You can manage this under the ‘Subscription’ tab in the app store.
Solid Starts cannot cancel subscriptions purchased through your app store on your behalf.
To cancel a subscription purchased directly through our website app page, open the ‘Subscription’ tab when signed into solidstarts.com.
If you have an app subscription with an email address that we delete, you will be unable to purchase a new subscription in the future to use with that same email address.
Deleting your account does not automatically remove you from email communications. You must separately unsubscribe from any communications you wish to no longer receive by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email you receive from Solid Starts.
