Fideos de ajo y mantequilla con champiñones
This dish can be served as soon as your baby starts solids, though for babies 6-12 months I would recommend chopping the noodles.

This dish can be served as soon as your baby starts solids (though for babies 6-11 months we would recommend you chop the noodles or cut them with shears so it's easier to hand scoop and swallow), and for babies older than 12 months, a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese will really bring the dish to life. Garlic-Butter Ramen Noodles
2 packets ramen noodles or any thin, curly noodles
4 tablespoons butter (or more!)
1-2 garlic cloves
Mushrooms (any)
Open up the package of noodles and if there is a flavor packet inside, save it for another meal that your baby is not participating in (due to sodium).
Boil the noodles until soft, drain and set aside.
While the noodles are boiling, warm up the butter in a pot and while that’s melting, mince 1-2 cloves of garlic. Add the garlic to the butter and sauté on medium-low, being careful not to let it brown or burn, until translucent and fragrant. Remove from heat.
In a separate skillet, warm some more butter or olive oil and sauté a handful of chopped mushrooms. Once those are fully wilted and cooked, add the mushrooms and the butter they are in to the pot with the garlic butter. Mix well. This is your sauce.
Toss the noodles in the sauce and serve in a bowl that suctions to the table for your child to scoop from.
